Tyler's B-Day No. 6 Part III

This was a picture of Tyler before the party got started....
Tyler didn't know that something special would be arrivingA SPIDERMAN BOUNCE HOUSE!!!!
Was he ever excited. He literally flew up the
ramp and into the bounce house and the
smile on his face didn't disappear the whole time
we were in the bounce house!
It was pretty dark in the bounce house so I had
to blow out the colors on a few of the pics, but
it was fun to see both boys having such
a fun time....
Chase had so much fun playing with his
grandpa and knocking him down...I loved
all the smiles and the joy that laughter brings...
Tyler loved boxing with his grandpa
and, of course, he always won!
Shelley joined in and there was laughter and fun
everywhere! Check out Tyler's face --
...and Chase's face and Tyler off the ground!
...and if the bounce house wasn't enough we had
a balloon fight and I think Aunt Jenna got the worst of it!
Grandpa Fink stood by the door of the house, threw a balloon
and then ducked into the house. No fair! Then
Tyler threw a balloon at him and I think it went into the house!
Little Chase wasn't sure about the balloon fight,
but everyone else was having a blast!
I think this is the balloon that went into the house!
Well Happy Birthday, Tyler. It was a fun, fun
time and even Grandma got involved and jumped
around in the bounce house!

Tyler's B-Day No. 6 Part II

Well, Tyler's birthday was a special, special one. I can't remember having so much fun at a birthday party. It had a spiderman theme. Here's a pic of Tyler peeking from behind his favorite balloon!Chase wanted to participate, too.
He decided to be the "Fruit-of-the-Loom" Balloon!
Tyler blowing out the spiderman candle.
A pic of the Spiderman candle with the cupcake tree in the background.
A bird's eye view of the yummy cupcakes!
...and of course, we need a picture of the
Spiderman Family!

Tyler's B-Day No. 6 Part I

Tyler had a wonderful birthday on his birth day! His Grandparents on the Jackson side came and Aunt Shelley. Tyler got some awesome gifts
and here are a few of them!
The Robot Arm from us that picks small toys up or pinches
noses as the case may be. He got Grandma Jackson's nose and
-- here he comes for my nose! NOooooooooooooooooooo
I was playing around practicing with black and white
and emphasizing something in color. It was pretty fun to do!
This was a gift from us -- It's a moon that has a remote control with it and
you can show the different phases of the moon. Tonight Gpa Fink and I
went out to see if we could see the moon, but it wasn't up yet but Gpa Fink
said that it was a New Moon and so we went back in and
set the moon in Tyler and Chase's room to a New Moon!
Almost sounds like the "Twilight" series :)
Here's the gift he got from his parents that he's been playing
with non-stop. He loves it when his dad creates different things, i.e.
a helicopter and a race car/truck. It is so fun to watch Tyler
growing and enjoying life!
He got some $$$$ from the Jackson side of the family and
read the card which was awesome to hear!
Tyler opening the packages from G & G Jackson
and Chase even got a gift -- Pretty cool!
Here's a pic of Kate checking out the Solar System
another gift from us to Tyler. It was pretty cool, too.
It was an educational toy that would give information
about the solar system and Tyler and Chase seemed
to think it was pretty cool, too! -- Never too many cools in a
paragraph -- Just Way Cool!
Can educational toys be cool? Guess so!
Aunt Shelley and Tyler checking out the Solar System...
...and Tyler and Chase getting into the
action as well.
I didn't get any pictures of the birthday cake, but you can
check out some great pics by G Jackson on her blog...Part II will be the
Saturday birthday party - Way cool and Tyler.....
Happy, Happy Birthday No. 6
I LOVE YOU!!!!

Easter Time 2009 Jackson/Fink Family Inside & Out ~ Part 2

After Kate and Ryan and the boys left and headed over to Grandma and Grandpa Jacksons for Easter Dinner, I decided to try out my camera on a tripod and timer. It was fun to try to set this picture up for Rob and I and I thought it turned out okay, but I'll keep plugging along and
one of these days I'll be as good as Kate! Of course, I'll need many, many lessons before
that happens!!!!!Here is a pic of the Jackson family as they were getting ready to head out
to Grandma and Grandpa Jacksons...
Tyler hunting for eggs at our house...
It's amazing where that Easter Bunny will hide an egg! Chase
found this one!
Here's another one that Chase found in the flower bed...

Easter Time 2009 with Jackson/Fink Family Inside & Out ~ Part I

When we found out that Kate, Ryan and Chase & Tyler were going to be with us for Easter morning we were so excited. It was sooooooooooooo fun to watch them hunt for Easter eggs throughout the house. Here is a pic of Tyler (Edward from Twilight hair) with a full basket of goodies!!!!This was a picture of Tyler sitting at the window. He wanted me to catch
his butterfly in the picture. Love his smile in this one!
Tyler looks like he is saying "Don't Shoot" as someone (aka his dad)
is pointing a water gun at him! Watch out, Tyler!
Tyler and Chase getting ready to shoot --
Don't shoot me, Little Chase, I'm just
the picture taker!
Loving those jelly beans, a favorite for Chase!
Pretty hard to chew!
Chase was so excited that he found an Easter Egg...
So precious!
We even got to dye a few Easter Eggs for the
Easter Egg Hunt outside. They were so careful with
the dye and I was really impressed with them!
Happy Easter to the Jackson Family for 2009!!!!

Easter Time 2009 Steve Fink Family

We didn't get to have Sum and Steve for Easter this year and so we went over to their house on Saturday to deliver little gifts from us and then took some pictures of the little family. You can check out Summer's blog for the cute photos they took and the beautiful dress that Bella wore for Easter was just lovely!Ethan checking out some Easter gifts.

Birthday Celebrations March 2009

I'm a little behind in my posting and journaling, but here is a picture of two of my favorite people, Rob's mom, Colleen and her sister, Joanie. We came up to Redding to celebrate three birthdays - Mom, Dad and Joanie. Happy birthday to the sisters. You are dearly loved! Joan and Colleen
Rob had asked Dad to talk about his life so we could have a record
of important events in his life. Rob and Dad spent some time
doing this and it was a great way to celebrate a birthday!
-- Happy Birthday, Dad!
It has been wonderful for me to have these special people
in my life. It is a joy for me to call them Family!

Anderson/California Pics March 2009

These were some pictures that I took as Rob and I were heading home after visiting with Rob's parents and Aunt Joanie in the Redding area. I love this bridge and wanted to "practice" a little with my camera. Here is the bridge again. I just love the arches, the reflection, the
length of the bridge and the perspective.
These last two pictures were taken at Mom and Dad Fink's home. It was so beautiful in the morning and there was a little mist coming off the pond, but by the time I collected my camera the mist had burned off. I was able to get a good shot, but not the one I was hoping for.
...a lovely view...
